Sir: Will you please inform me, if Gov. Curtin or yourself, or any other man in Penna, or out of it, can revoke, or annul the Commission, of an officer in the Military Service of the U.S. after he has been duly mustered in by Capt Dodge of U.S. Army, the Mustering officer for the Government, providing his conduct is beyond censure.
