Transportation furnished free, by the State for the bodies of those who die in service, and for one person in every case accompanying a dead body home, when applied for by a friend or relative of the deceased in person at either of the above named offices. Transportation also furnished at Government rates to persons visiting sick or wounded relatives in the Hospitals of this Department.
